Domestic Shipping Policy
PROCESSING TIME
All takeaway and delivery orders are processed within 2-3 hours (or faster where applicable) upon receipt of order. Pending external factors such as weather and traffic conditions, orders are normally delivered at their requested time of delivery or pick-up. Items that require longer preparation or notice times are listed in each product.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, deliveries may be delayed and we will contact you via email or phone.
DELIVERY RATES
We only deliver within Hong Kong SAR (excluding Outlying Islands, Lantau Island and remote areas). Delivery rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout in HK dollars.
We provide free delivery based on distance and order size. You can refer to the table below for more details.

As all of our restaurants are located in the heart of LKF, we use it as the starting point for shipping calculation. Please note we are not liable for any products damaged or lost during delivery due to a result of external factors.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We make every attempt to validate the delivery address provided at checkout to ensure it is recognised as a valid address by Google Maps. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be cancelled and refunded.
Please note we will not be held responsible if the customer provides a wrong delivery address.
If you did not receive your order, but the courier has reported that it was delivered, please let us know as soon as possible:

We will file a claim with the courier and local law enforcement will be involved. We will replace or refund your order when the investigation is complete. Please allow up to 21 days for the investigation.
